Do I get to keep my shells?

The little shells, are donated to local adult learning centres for artistic endeavours, therefore only the large shells can be posted (AUSTRALIA ONLY). If you wish to keep your large shell, please advise us at the time of opening/live feed.

If I have a pearl that I previously purchased from Sam's Pearl Secrets and want to add it to my jewellery?

Contact us via Facebook to discuss any jewellery changes and additions. There may be an associated cost. All jewellery and pearls must be returned  with a prepaid envelope, for return of items.  Must be paid prior to sending or adjustments being made.  We are more then happy to work with you to ensure you receive exactly what you want so please just ask.

When will my purchase be opened?

On the live feeds we call your name and if you are watching you just let us know. If not then your purchase will be opened on the next live feed. If you are not available for that live feed then we will not open it until you are online unless otherwise instructed.

Returns & Refunds

Sam's Pearl Secrets refund policy are as follows:-

1. There are no pearl colour changes or jewellery changes if you just change your mind after product is sent.

2. Please contact us via Facebook, if you have any problems with jewelry up to 30 days after purchase and we will endeavor to solve any issues.

3. Any issues with jewelry after 30 days to 90 days please contact us via Facebook to resolve. If we agree that product can be returned for repair product is returned at the purchasers expense and a reply paid envelope must be included.

4. Any issues with jewellery after 90 days, there will be no returns, refunds or repairs.
