Refund policy

Sam's Pearl Secrets refund policy are as follows:-

1. There are no changes if you just change your mind after product is sent.

2. Please contact us via Facebook, if you have any problems with products up to 30 days after purchase and we will endeavour to solve any issues.

3. Any issues with Products after 30 days to 90 days please contact us via Facebook to resolve. if we agree that product can be returned for repair product is returned at the purchasers expense and a reply paid envelope must be included.

4. Any issues with product after 30 days, there will be no returns, refunds or repairs.

5. No Refund or cancellation of products will NOT be giving for change of mind.
